Indigenous Rising Media: Resistance Grows Against Bayou Bridge Pipeline

I wanted to share the video “Resistance Grows Against Bayou Bridge Pipeline.” Here it is from FB group Indigenous Rising Media. I am curious to know if they want non-Native people to join the, there to protest. A good friend of mine went to NODAP & many were arrested. Many were sprayed with freezing cold water in the winter of 2016. The problem in LA will be the heat, rather than cold. Winters are very mild. My guess is they will find a new way to torture protesters though.Mr%20Cute%20Trooper.jpg

On the eve of the opening of the L’eau Est La Vie Camp in South Louisiana, we want to provide some background on what the Bayou Bridge Pipeline is, it’s connection to the Dakota Access Pipeline, who the pipeline will impact, and why this pipeline needs to be stopped.

Tomorrow, June 24, the L’eau Est La Vie (Water is Life) Camp will open. This camp will be a hub for the resistance to the Bayou Bridge Pipeline.

Stand with Water Protectors in the Gulf Region as they rise to protect their wetlands, Indigenous rights, and the water that sustains their livelihood and culture.

Follow L’eau Est La Vie Camp
and visit for more info on the pipeline.

Special thanks to Sovereign Sounds Project for sound design and for creating original music to accompany this piece.

Sherrie Miranda’s historically based, coming of age, Adventure novel “Secrets & Lies in El Salvador” is about an American girl in war-torn El Salvador:
Her husband made a video for her novel. He wrote the song too. You can go to the Home page of her blog to watch it:
Or you can see it on YouTube: 😉
